The condo is located within a few minutes walk of the island's waterfront precinct of restaurants, parks, shops, and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. which continues right out onto the Bridge St. pier, famous for dining, fishing and strolling. The condo is also conveniently located 200 yards from one of the island's eight marinas. The location is such that all the popular beach destinations in the west coast enclave of Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bradenton and the renowned beach locations north of Tampa Bay are all within easy reach. The condo is just 60 minutes from Busch Gardens, 90 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. The close proximity to all the Florida theme parks makes this a great location for a Florida beach and theme park vacation.
Anna Maria Island is accessed by three draw bridges and most residents travel by bicycle, electric car or boat. Tourist have the same options of traveling the island as well as the FREE trolley service, scooters, golf carts or automobile.
