Islamorada Camping And Florida Keys CampgroundsThe Florida Keys campgrounds in general, and Islamorada camping in particular, is a wonderful experience that provides relaxation, breathtaking views and the feeling of owning your own private piece of this beautiful Caribbean coastline. A camping tour through the Florida Keys is an experience of a lifetime. Imagine parking your RV or setting up your tent in one of the Islamorada campgrounds that offer waterfront sites. Walk straight off the beach for some snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, take a short trip to the off-shore reef and scuba dive with amazing marine life or spend the evening hours star gazing in the clear night skies or socializing with your neighbors. Islamorada has the beautiful Long Key State Park and Campgrounds Oceanside which is located at Mile Marker 67.5 on the Overseas Highway. This campground offers sixty fully serviced campsites, all of which overlook the Atlantic ocean! Each campsite has water, electricity, a picnic table and grill. Three centrally located restrooms provide hot showers and toilet facilities. The park also has a dump station for dirty water from RV's. There is great snorkeling just off the shore from this park and a short boat trip to the reef takes you a spot teeming with colorful fish and marine life. The second Islamorada campground is the Fiesta Key RV Park, located at Mile Marker 70. As the name implies, this park is targeted towards RV's and travel trailers, but there are also tent sites, motel rooms and fully equipped family cottages. There are special activities for campers during the holidays. The park has a pool, recreational water sports facilities, a private dock and marina, private beach and onsite cafe and restaurant facilities. Enjoy the spectacular Florida Keys sunsets from the waterfront Beach House Pub.
The unique Key West lies 70 miles further south at the end of Overseas Highway, and Islamorada, the sport fishing capital, is just a few miles north of Fiesta Key RV Park.
